i'm back at school, almost finished with the first trimester, just started my international cuisine class, i made fried plantain in a mexican style today(it was kind of like an omlet), i finished classical french cusine on thursday i got a B in that class which is good since i thought i did poorly in that class(i guess the teacher thought otherwise), if we make anything really interesting i will see if i can take a really interesting pictures of the food, i wish i took some pictures in my advanced pastry class especialy on practical day(i had a really nice plate design, i will see if i still have the drawings for the plate and maybe upload that, or make it over again during fall break) we shall see
